When you send over your email, please quote your order number, full name, a description of the issue, and include any photos that will help us help you.
If you change your mind about the product, you are welcome to return it at your own cost and in the condition in which you received it, complete with original, intact packaging.
Please note: We do not offer exchanges for different items.
We will only accept refunds within 7days of purchase, and if accepted, your refund will be processed within 7 business days as well :)
